Create or join a space during setup. Share your invite code only with your intended partner. Each person needs their own account. If the invitation is no longer available, ask your partner to check the current code.

One eligible subscription covers the linked couple. Check your current trial or subscription status in Settings. The payment provider shows the exact price and terms before you confirm a purchase.

For Apple purchases, open your Apple Account subscriptions to cancel. Restore purchases in a compatible native build using the same Apple Account and Oceans Apart account used for purchase. For web purchases, the purchasing account can open Manage subscription in Settings. Contact support if your purchase is not recognized; do not buy again to troubleshoot.

Keep the composer open. An unconfirmed send retains your draft. Use Check delivery when offered before attempting another send. If you close or reload the app, an unsent draft may need to be entered again.

Shared content is intended for your linked space, with service-provider processing needed to operate the app. Oceans Apart is not end-to-end encrypted. Your partner may retain received content outside the app. Read the privacy policy for access, retention, and view-once limitations.

Open After Dark and select Turn off After Dark. Each partner chooses independently; both must opt in for access. You can skip any question. Contact support to report unwanted content or behavior without attaching intimate content.
